Tactical Handgun

This is an advanced skill development course designed for the professional and responsible citizen alike. In this program the attendee will receive a practical and functional knowledge of the most effective use of the handgun possible. Delivered in a contemporary and legally defensible format. The student will develop and define reactionary competence through simulated situations and demanding initiative based drills. This course is specifically designed for the existing law enforcement, private security, or military operator, as well as the concerned citizen who require an enhanced knowledge of the combat shotgun and its applications in critical, real world situations. Additionally, heavy emphasis is placed on weapons manipulation skills, tactical movement and unconventional shooting positions. Dynamic Crisis Rescues (Active Shooter,Train the Trainer)

The goal of this course is to introduce your department personnel to the history of domestic crisis and on going situations characterized in school and dramatic workplace violence situations, as well as the development of various forms of response to these situations. Further, to expose patrol officers to various causal & contributing factors that complicate these extraordinary types of calls for service. Additionally, it provides the student with a method of conducting immediate rescues & deploying into an on-going situation in a small team for the purpose of segregating or neutralizing the continuing threat.

 

 

 

 

 

 

Concealed Carry Tactics

This course is a must for armed professionals and law enforcement, military or private security operator, who carry a concealed weapon as a condition of employment. This is an advanced skill development course designed for the armed professional currently engaged in tactical operations or initiating a tactical program, at the law enforcement or military level. During this block of instruction the student will receive a practical base of knowledge in the dynamics of tactical operations and techniques for successful management of related situations. Further, the attendee will receive training in the efficient and effective use of various weapons systems in environmental conditions similar to those experienced during actual callout or mission situations, to include; close quarters conditions, in and around vehicles and unconventional positions, deliberate & dynamic entry and movement, and the dynamic of hostage rescue operations. This program is presented in a contemporary and legally defensible format. This is an entry level protective service course designed to train individuals in the theory and practice of protective service operations. The course, taught in a reality based format, will prepare students to avoid, detect and repel attacks upon principals. During this block of instruction the student will receive a practical base of knowledge in the dynamics of protective operations and techniques for successful management of such details. Further, the attendee will receive training in the efficient and effective use of the duty handgun, pistol and/or revolver in environmental conditions similar to those experienced during a protective service detail, to include; close quarters shooting, shooting in and around vehicles and shooting from unconventional positions. This program is presented in a contemporary and legally defensible format. Response skills will be developed through simulated force application situations and dynamic range exercises.
 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Level II Protective Service Operations (Advanced PSD/EP Operations)

This is an advanced level protective service course designed to train individuals in the theory and practice of high risk protection operations. The course, taught in a reality based format, will prepare students to avoid, detect and repel attacks against principals and facilities. During this block of instruction the student will receive a practical base of knowledge in the dynamics of protective operations and techniques for successful management of high risk details. Further, the attendee will receive training in the efficient and effective use of the duty handgun, shotgun, long gun and/or subgun in environmental conditions similar to those experienced during high risk operations in non permissive environments, to include; close quarters shooting, shooting in and around vehicles, shooting from unconventional positions, counter ambush tactics and emergency rescue operations. This program is presented in a contemporary and legally defensible format. OC Aerosol Instructor Program

The goal of the training program is to prepare the law enforcement, military or security professional with a detailed and functional knowledge of aerosol based chemical agents, there use and deployment and safety considerations. 

 

The course will be directed at a multi faceted approach to use of force, specifically the application of chemical agents. Several areas will be addressed; each area by it self is an area of expertise requiring detailed individual course instruction.

Multi-Platform Less Lethal/Chemical Munitions Instructor Development 

This is an advanced skill development course designed for personnel at the law enforcement and military level who have or are preparing to establish a less lethal and chemical munitions program, with particular emphasis on civil disturbance and tactical application. During this program of instruction the student will receive a practical and functional base of knowledge in the safe and appropriate application of all platforms of less lethal munitions (12 gauge through 40mm) and the safe and effective use of all contemporary chemical munitions (hand held projectors through crowd control devices). Further, the student will receive training in the efficient and effective use of various tactics in environmental conditions similar to those experienced during actual missions and operations, to include; close quarters conditions, crowd control and management, barricade situations and down man/officer rescue operations.

Basic Ropework

This is a dynamic and highly interactive program where the goal of the course is to introduce the student to the history, development, and safe use of ropes for rescue operations through lecture, demonstration and practical application. Further, to give the student hands on training through the use of practical and tactical rope skill stations.
