Tuition Based Training 

We Strongly believe in our philosophy,that tuition should be based upon how many days of scheduled training. We have outlined the typical costs that can be expected for each class, per student. (some exceptions do apply): 

1 day course	$200 tuition
2 day course	$285 tuition
3 day course	$350 tuition
4 day course	$450 tuition
5 day course	$485 tuition

Train for Free

A great many agencies are unable to provide quality training for their members due to time, personnel, and budgetary restraints. Sometimes funding for advanced or specialized training is virtually non-existent. For this reason Khyber has instituted a program that addresses the training concerns of many organizations and allows those organizations to have access to high quality advanced training programs.

By hosting a training program at your facility and having us come to you, you save time and money and ease the scheduling concerns of supervisors and administration. Additionally, you can secure a number of FREE positions to the course, to use or disperse at your discretion.

What you do and what we provide:

• Your agency selects a course(s) that you desire to host. 
• You assist in facilitating the course, by providing a suitable facility & give direct guidance to our instructor coordinator.
• You aggressively market the selected course(s) with your region or jurisdiction.
• Khyber will advertise the course(s) to up to 39,000 agencies throughout the United State, via fax broadcast, e-mail, and direct mail. As well as listing it on our website.
• Khyber will handle ALL registration & tuition of the participants. Our goal is to meet a pre-determined minimum number of participants for each class. 
• Upon meeting and keeping the minimum enrolment goal, you or your agency is guaranteed (3) tuition free seats to the course. Plus, any additional members from your agency may attend the same course for only $99.00 per person (subject to the capacity limitations of the facility). 
• Khyber will provide all instructor expenses and all training materials (some courses require equipment to be provided by the student or host). 
• There is never a charge to your agency for cancellation of a course, provided it is done at least 30 days prior to the event (stated in the letter of agreement).

Payment and Refund Policies 

The mission of Khyber Interactive Associates, LLC. is to provide our students and customers with the highest level of training possible. Our policies are in place to guarantee that mission. These policies are strictly followed to ensure the highest quality of training with minimal disruption. Khyber Interactive Associates, LLC. reserves the right to change our course fees or payment/registration policies at any time. We will train under any conditions and therefore will not issue a refund on account of inclement weather.

1. Positions in the courses are sold on a first come basis. Pre-payment in full is required to hold your position in class. Late payments are accepted on a case by case basis and advance coordination with the offices of Khyber Interactive Associates is required.  
2. Cancellation of the course by Khyber Interactive Associates, LLC will result in a full refund.
3. We reserve the right to postpone classes, substitute instructors, or change the venue if necessary and provide adequate notice of new course dates at our discretion. In such cases a credit voucher will be issued equal to the course fee. This voucher shall not have an expiration date.
4. In the event of an act of war or terrorism, unavailability of air travel due to terrorism or any other occurrence that causes the postponement of the course, a credit voucher will be issued equal to the course fee. These events are not in anyone's control, but we will do everything in our power to insure the class goes on as scheduled. This type of voucher shall not have an expiration date.
5. Our policies with regards to Refunds and Cancellation by attendees depend on how far in advance we are notified of the cancellation prior to the first day of the course. Our policies are as follows: (A) A full refund minus a $50.00 transaction fee will be issued if notice is given fifteen (15) business days before the course. (B) A fifty percent refund (50%) minus a $50.00 transaction fee will be issued if notice given less than fifteen (15) business days before the course. (C) No refund will be given if notice is made less than six (6) business days before the course. NOTE: These policies are in place to protect our interests. If there is a personal emergency, please call us. We will do everything we can to work with you and facilitate your attendance in our training.
6. Confirmation of registration is limited to a first come basis. Once our course maximums have been reached no further students can be admitted and course fees and deposits will be returned.
7. Late Registrations are accepted but on a case by case basis, requiring advance coordination with Khyber Interactive Associates - Students who are not pre-registered, but pay on the first day of class will be accepted, but not receive a course certificate at the course. They will receive a certificate in the mail after the course.
